Prior to our first meeting I will have you fill out multiple questionnaires that cover every aspect of your life, health history, and exercise experience. Once I receive the required preliminary information we will use the first session to assess posture, mobility, flexibility, functional strength, and muscular endurance. After this initial assessment we create your individualized fitness program that is designed to help you reach your personal goals while still developing and improving on the findings in your initial assessment. From here you can choose to schedule in person training sessions as frequently as you need in order to be successful with your program.
Regardless of meeting frequency, you will submit weekly check ins to ensure progress is being made. We will evaluate your workout log and measurements and make any necessary modifications to the program as well as provide resources and instruction for any concerns that may arise.
