This program breaks out of the current dogma of nutrition consulting by focusing on you as a unique individual!  Clients participate in a ONE YEAR curriculum that is designed to help teach you the tools to be successful with nutrition for the rest of your life!  The program includes daily lessons, weekly habit goals, frequent progress checks, regular reviews and even email notifications for enhanced accountability!  Anybody can stick to a plan (no matter how good, or bad the plan is) for a period of time out of excitement and motivation.  But then what?  Without developing the mindfulness, knowledge, habits, and self-awareness for long term sustainability, most individuals will find themselves on a perpetual roller coaster of crash dieting.  This program is as much a self-discovery process as it is a nutrition improvement process!

Although you will receive world class coaching to help you through the process, I make the distinction between Nutrition Planning and Nutrition Coaching due to the inherent differences between the two methods.  This isn’t a matter of one program being higher level than the next, but rather efficiently addressing the short term AND long term needs of each individual.  No matter how disciplined you are, following a strict plan is not a long term solution.  However, if you are preparing for an event that you need to perform or look your best for, you need a progressive plan to get there!


After completing a thorough intake process, you will be given a customized nutrition plan and recommendations to address all of your goal-relevant needs!  With regular check ins to gauge progress, we will adjust the plan as needed all the way up to your big day and beyond!
